How long does the cleaning process take?
Pickup & Delivery Service: Items picked up will be returned on your following route day
In Store: Orders will be ready within 48 to 72 hours.
What if I want fabric softener?

No problem you can specify if you want it when you sign up for your account!

What if all my items do not fit in the bag?

No problem, it’s so great to hear you ave so much laundry! Once you’ve filled up your bag, you can fill up a garbage bag with your phone number and name and the Gibsons team will package as needed when returned.

What if I put a dry-clean item in my bag by accident?

Wash and fold bags and clearly labelled wash and fold only. While we do do a quick inspection, we cannot guarantee any dry cleaning items will be taken out. All dry-clean items we found in wash and fold bags will be retutuend in another bag uncleaned.
