Once I fill up my bag with my dry cleaning, where do I put it?

Our garment care representative will call you to determine a safe spot to leave your clothing. For many customers, this may mean the garage or the front door. 

Do I need to be home when you deliver?
No – if there is no one home, we will leave your garments in your designated safe spot. Gibson’s will pick up your dry cleaning or laundry between the hours of 8am and 2pm.
Will Gibson's delivery my dry cleaning or laundry to condos and apartments?

Yes, but we require you to have a concierge. Our Gibson’s garment care representative will not drop off or pick-up at your apartment door.

Is there an extra cost associated with pick up and delivery dry cleaning?
No our pick up and delivery dry cleaning service comes at no extra cost!
