What did you need to get cleaned at Gibson's? 

I've been using Gibson's dry cleaning service for 6 years. This time I dropped off a suit and was in a bit of a rush to have it cleaned. I spoke with Michelle a customer service manager about the quick turnaround time and she directed me to Rui, the Vice President to see what Gibson's could do. I was impressed with Michelle's attentiveness to my needs and Rui's general care and concern.

Why did you need to get the suit cleaned? 

I let Rui know I had lost my job due to the COVID-19 pandemic and needed the suit for an important job interview. When I mentioned I was out of work, Rui told me my dry cleaning would be on the house and free of charge. He went the extra mile in helping me out in a time of need. I've never had a dry cleaner treat me with such compassion. 

What happened next? 

A few days later I received a callback for a final interview and went back to Gibson's to get my suit recleaned. When I went to pick it up, I was surprised yet again - Michelle said it was on the house. I was floored by this level of service. 

What did the suit represent? 

Having a freshly pressed suit is important for your personal image. First impressions matter and having a clean suit shows that you are a true professional. My sharp appearance helped to make a lasting impression on my future employer and I was offered the position.  

Anything else you would like to add? 

I would personally like to thank Rui and the Gibson's team for helping me through the interview process. I choose Gibson's because they always take care of me and provide exceptional service. In times of need, they're there for their customers and willing to go the extra mile. I will always refer Gibsons to my family members, friends, and colleagues for their dry-cleaning needs because they look to build long-term relationships with their clients based on trust, honesty, and integrity. Thank you again Gibsons for this exceptional client experience, you are a leader in our community. You will see me again soon for all my future dry-cleaning needs.
