Curtains |

Depending on the drapery fabric, we may wet or
dry clean your textile. Our master drycleaner along
with the care label will determine our option.
When you buy your draperies, check to make sure
that the fabric has been pre shrunk and the construction
will not be damaged during cleaning. Also when
considering the type of fabric, remember prolonged
exposure to light, moisture, humidity, heat and
tobacco smoke can cause yellowing and may weaken
the fabric. Silk is the most vulnerable while acrylics,
polyester, modacyrlic and glass fibres are the
most resistant. By rotating draperies and curtains,
you can vary the light exposure they receive. |
| • Bedspreads and Comforters |
| Tailored
and quilted spreads should always be professionally
cleaned. Over time, some colour change will occur.
Clean matching or coordinating pieces at the same
time. |
| • Upholstery and Slipcovers |
| Surface soils
like hair and dirt can damage upholstery fibres.
